Scope Of Work
Beverly-Grant, Inc. was the successful bidder on HEMC’s new corporate headquarters and maintenance building facility in Waynesville, NC. The steel framed headquarters’ building is 40,900 square feet and had a very high level of interior and exterior finishes, as well as a special agent fire suppression system for the owner’s computer and information systems. The pre-engineered maintenance building is 7,900 square feet and serves as a full service garage for HEMC’s line and service trucks. The total construction duration was eleven months.
