Scope Of Work
This new, 40,800 square foot, state-of-the-art medical facility is on the new MAHEC Biltmore Campus. The building consists of a three story structural steel frame with poured in place concrete basement walls for underground parking facility. The exterior of the building is a combination of native stone work, brick, curtain wall framing, and stucco to blend in with the beautiful site location adjacent to the town of Biltmore Forest. Lobby and waiting areas have extensive wood wainscoting, cut and milled from site, to give a warm inviting feel to this new OB/GYN facility. Exam rooms and support areas have state of the art design elements.
