Scope Of Work

This project consisted of a new, 70,000 square foot, five story, multi-tenant medical office building adjacent to the main hospital on the Park Ridge Hospital Campus.  in January 2004, this building houses various medical groups and hospital service providers. Many of these departments/upfits were  while the building was occupied. An enclosed bridge was also constructed to connect the building to the hospital. Pre-construction services included economic studies to determine appropriate building size.
