Beverly-Grant was selected as the general contractor for the construction of the Ruth's Chris Steak House in historic Biltmore Village in Asheville, NC. The project proved challenging due to the tight site constraints and aggressive schedule. Beverly-Grant rose to the occasion and delivered the project on-time and under-budget for one of the nation's most celebrated classic American steak restaurants. Scope of work included a gourmet commercial kitchen, air and humidity controlled wine cellar, luxurious dining rooms featuring carved wood and limestone accents, high-end bathrooms, and unique meeting spaces for  groups.
