Scope Of Work
As part of the Lancaster City Schools new middle school program upgrades, Summit Construction/Resource International was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Thomas Ewing Junior High School Project. Thomas Ewing was constructed on a new site and will house grades 6-8.

This environmentally conscious building is designed to be USBC LEED Silver Certified and includes 21st Century design features
A secure entry vestibule funnels all visitors through the main office prior to gaining entry into the building
In 2019, Summit Construction was selected to provide General Contracting services for the Reynoldsburg City Schools Livingston High School Campus Improvements. A 15,000 SF renovation over the summer of 2019 consisted of alterations to existing classrooms, corridors, and administration wings included plumbing, electrical, and mechanical upgrades, new doors, ceilings, casework, paint, and flooring. Work commenced in June of 2019 and was completed in August of 2019.
SC was proud to be selected to provide General Contracting Services for this project. SC provided a detailed estimate, constructability, and value engineering services during the design phase of the project. Working in partnership with Schorr Architects, SC provided a cost estimate under the budgeted amount for the renovations work. SC completed all required alterations to the building over the summer of 2019 and the District occupied the facility per the original schedule.
