Scope Of Work
The Spieker Company was the General Contractor of this 10,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building for specialty labs. Our scope of work included:
New 100’ x 100’ Pre-Engineered Metal Building
15’ concrete borders on sides and back of building
20’ concrete covered area along the front of building
New catch basin for lot drainage with stone base on remainder of lot
Septic, water and storm piping
Nitrogen concrete tank pad 10’ x 10” and a 6’ x 6’
Concrete Cylinder Sort Pad 18’ x 50’
Fifteen 8” block bunkers 45’ x 6’ with foundations
Sprinkler System in hydrogen occupancy rooms
Temperature Control in Division II rooms
