Scope Of Work
Turner was the construction manager at risk in a joint venture with Regency/AKA on the third segment of the Lakewood City School District’s facility improvement program. Turner's scope of work included demolition and new construction of three elementary schools: Lincoln Elementary School, Roosevelt Elementary School, and Grant Elementary School.
Each PK-5 elementary school is approximately 56,000 square feet. All work in this project was conducted concurrently. Each building is targeting LEED Silver certification.
