This white-box build-out renovated the fifth floor of an existing space, and required detailed coordination between subcontractors given a constricted schedule in an active building.

Porter Wright's renovated space includes new flooring, interior glazing and a wood wall system, painting, glazing, new framing, drywall, and ceilings throughout.
