Scope Of Work
The Van Aken District is a mixed use development in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Turner's scope of work is demolition of existing strip mall and replacement with a 100,000 square foot, three-story retail and office building: this includes a 16,000 square foot retail building, 325-car parking garage, renovation of 22,000 square foot retail space, and new site utilities, roadwork, landscape, hardscape to support the development.
