Scope Of Work
3 story, 5 stop elevator, and lobby addition reconfiguring the entrance and improving accessibility to all areas of the church. Renovations to all Sunday School classrooms and new ADA accessible restrooms. All work was performed and completed with the church in full operation. Lauer Construction worked closely with the pastor and staff to minimize any disruption to the mission of the church. Changes were made to the scope and design by the church and its design firm during construction. All changes were accommodated by Lauer Construction in a timely manner and with mindful attention to the congregation’s budget.
In addition to the project at the building itself, Lauer Construction carefully removed the beautiful old stained glass windows and refurbished and repaired their frames in our in-house woodshop.
