Scope Of Work
Interior renovations were done to the Carriage House of the former Warehime-Myers mansion located in Hanover, PA. Lauer Construction was contracted to provide new HVAC system, new electrical service and lighting upgrades, new ADA accessible bathroom, interior ADA ramps, custom wood restoration, and custom exterior door replacement. Lauer Construction worked closely with the Historical Society and design professionals to maintain the historical significance of the building while maintaining their budget and schedule.
