Scope Of Work

As a complete Design Build project, owners purchased land after lease options at their former office were abandoned.  Lauer Construction met with the owners to layout the overall project from an open grass field to a fully operational 6,500 sqft eye care facility and a 3,000 sqft available lease space.  Timing was crucial.  Owners were leasing a temporary smaller space that was hindering their business.  Lauer Construction pulled together the design professionals needed to work closely with the owner’s nationwide optical designer for an office that would meet the needs of the owner’s business and all local codes.  From the first meeting with the owners, to the move in and operation, Lauer Construction  kept the project within budget and completed within the scheduled time.
