Scope Of Work
Several years after helping the Church maintain their steeple, the Church asked Lauer Construction to work with their architect to build a 2-story addition. The addition would house a new entrance to the lower level, adding a second floor, and ADA accessible restrooms on each floor, which was part of the churches original master plan. Lauer Construction worked closely with Church leaders, helping them to find ways to save costs by having the congregation perform portions of the work that didn’t interfere with the project meeting local codes. Lauer Construction completed this project on schedule, with adjustments to the budget, due to the sweat equity from the congregation.
