Scope Of Work
Complete renovation of an existing 4800 sq.ft. YATA repair and dispatching facility with the use of temporary trailers to house the staff; there were minimum disturbance to their operations. The renovations consisted of total interior demolition, structural repairs, a new roof and deck, insulated exterior with Stucco finish, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Project was completed on time and within budget.
