Daniel Driscoll has been a member of Thomas P. Carney, Inc.’s management team for the past 30-years, since graduating with a degree in Construction Technology from Williamson Trade School. Dan has served as Project Manager on several major projects, including the $55M Renovation to the Historic Trenton Train Station, in Trenton, New Jersey; SEPTA Philadelphia City Hall – Dilworth Plaza Renovations; SEPTA Levittown Station Renovations and currently the Trenton State House Renovation project.
Dan’s project management responsibilities include coordination between all trades, progress meetings, CPM scheduling and updates, sub-contract negotiations, Project Close-Out and Commissioning.
Dan exhibits exemplary leadership, competency and command over his responsibilities for the successful completion of projects.
Dan also estimates the concrete, masonry, carpentry, Building Finishes Divisions 8, 9, 10 & 11 portions of projects TPC bids.
