Scope Of Work
AC Hotel, one of the newest boutique hotels in Miami Beach, Florida, features seven floors, 146 European-inspired guest rooms, four suites, a rooftop swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, meeting room, lounge and branded restaurants.
The hotel’s effortless blend of contemporary style and cosmopolitan sophistication is in the heart of it all, across from the beach and minutes from Lincoln Road and South Beach’s Ocean Drive.
In addition to the hotel, the project also includes several restaurants and more than 4,000 square feet of retail space.
The AC Hotels by Marriott brand has nearly 80 hotels in Europe, found mainly in Spain but also in Italy, Portugal and France. Marriott International announced in 2013 that the brand would expand to the United States and the rest of the Americas.
