Design Build Construction is a general contractor operating with one goal in mind: to deliver good value for customers who need a well-designed commercial building. They have been servicing South Carolina since 1992. While Design Build focuses on industrial and medical contraction, they have constructed many government and ecclesiastical projects.
The company also sells pre-engineered metal buildings, and has won awards from Chief Buildings, a division of Chief Industries. Some awards include Health Care Building Of The Year in 2007 and Manufacturing Building Of The Year in 2012. They recognition from the Carolinas Chapter of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association including Builder of the Year awards for 2014 in the Manufacturing Division, 2018 in the Retail Division, and 2014 and 2019 in the Medical Division.
