Harper was selected to provide design and construction services for the Wilkinson Commerce Center: Building C for Scannell Properties based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. This 172,000 SF Tilt-Up building is located in Charlotte, NC and sits on a 13-acre site. The speculative building is the last of three buildings in a business park adjacent to Amazon’s Charlotte distribution center. For leasing information
