Scope Of Work
construction and renovations for this project were coordinated in and around an active 364,244 SF four-story medical center. The construction included a 278,954 SF Women’s and Children’s Hospital with five nursing units, labor and delivery rooms, pharmacy, and women's surgery.
Harper partnered with AnMed Health and McMillan Pazdan Smith to successfully complete the site work, construction and major renovations to the existing Oglesby Center. construction and renovations were coordinated in and around an active 364,244 SF four-story medical center. The construction included a 278,954 SF Women’s and Children’s Hospital; a 12,000 SF addition to the Central Energy Plant; 200 LF of sub-terrain utility and personnel tunnels; and a 26,568 SF renovation to existing radiation, PACU, lab, and outpatient surgery suites. All work was completed without a single disruption to outgoing operations. The Women’s and Children’s Hospital included a kitchen and dining facilities, conference rooms, five nursing units, pharmacy, labor and delivery rooms, and women’s surgery. Noise control, dust control, air quality, customer and client safety were critical factors that were considered before construction operations began.
