Scope Of Work
IBERIABANK, headquartered in Louisiana, chose Harper to construct their first permanent branch in South Carolina. The 5,000 square foot full-service banking center is located on the first floor of the 110 East Court Street Building in Downtown Greenville. The project included reworking an opening in the lobby and adding state-of-the-art finishes throughout the space for banking ease. With convenient parking and access, the IBERIABANK also features a walk-up ATM near the front of the building.
