Scope Of Work
in 1907, Neville Hall is one of Presbyterian College's oldest and most utilized academic buildings, located in the center of the college campus. Harper was tasked to complete the and expansion of the building. The project included the restoration of the building’s historic rotunda, of a 120-seat auditorium, and increase to the overall number of classroom and office spaces, as well as the addressing of significant maintenance issues in the historic building.
Harper served as the Manager At-Risk for the and expansion of historic Neville Hall in the heart of the Presbyterian College campus. in 1907, Neville Hall is one of the most highly utilized academic buildings on campus and, as such, had significant deferred maintenance issues to address as part of this project. In , the college tasked us with overseeing the of three stories of the landmark building. These renovations included the restoration of the building’s historic rotunda, of a 120-seat auditorium, and increase to the overall number of classroom and office spaces. In total, Harper completed a comprehensive to Neville’s existing 24,683 SF and an of 15,574 SF.
As the Manager At-Risk, Harper provided a wide array of program covering every facet of the implementation process including architect and builder selection, , oversight, and successful delivery. This is the second project Harper has completed for Presbyterian College, following the of Georgia Hall.
