Scope Of Work
Harper was selected by District Five Schools of Spartanburg County to serve as the Construction Manager At-Risk for Reidville Elementary School. Guiding the School District through their first CM At-Risk venture, Harper provided preconstruction, site preparation, and construction services. The 88,000 SF elementary school that will serve 600 students from Pre-K all the way up to the 4thgrade. The one-story building consists of steel and masonry framed structures with light gauge metal framing, drywall, storefront and brick veneer.
Additionally, the design allows for future repairs and upgrades that won't hinder student’s learning time. Harper successfully maintained both the schedule and budget for the project.
