Scope Of Work
Harper was selected to perform construction of a 60,000 SF industrial building featuring precast walls and an associated upfit for the Sylvan Valley Industrial Center Building, located in Brevard, NC. Sylvan Sport, a camping trailer manufacturer, will lease out 30,000 SF of the building and the other 30,000 SF will be leased by Transylvania Vocational Services. The building was designed to support quality job creation within Transylvania County and Western North Carolina.
