Scope Of Work
The Corpus Christi Joint Facility is a Baker Hughes Office, Workshop and Warehouse facility housing multiple Baker Hughes divisions in support of South Texas customers. Located on a 30 acre site on Hwy 44 west of Corpus Christi the facility includes a 20,534 sf. tilt wall office building directly connected to 112,500 sf. of pre-engineered metal building, high bay workshop/warehouse. Workshop/warehouse includes twelve bridge cranes, nine high pressure wash bays, three paint booths, grinding shop and welding shop. The 391,527 sf. heavy duty concrete paved yard has a concrete containment structure for chemical tank farm and contained barrel storage with lined secondary containment pond.
