At 4,575 square feet, this Lake Travis Tuscan home offers both a personal get-away and stylish entertaining space. At the entry, a window wall immediately draws guests to view the grand vistas of the lake. Also noticeable are the Spanish Revival influences Jenkins has become known for, harmoniously accenting today’s modern simplicity.

In the grand room, beauty and comfort form a perfect marriage as the wall of glass slides into the negative edge pool, highlighting Lake Travis and the beautiful hill country beyond. The grand room also boasts the signature Jenkins Arch that delineates that room from the kitchen. This room also includes a sophisticated juxtaposition of stone and millwork that compose the fireplace wall. Just inside the front door is a one-of-a-kind bar grotto that appears to have been carved out of stone. Glass shelves display the barware.
