Scope Of Work
Boasting over 12,000 square feet of luxury living space, this estate-style lake home overlooks some of the most magnificent Lake Travis views. The house was built for an engineer and his family with plenty of room to relax and entertain.
The home has waterfront access with a boat dock and space to get in and out of the water. This aspect led to some challenges due to the floodplain requirements and the 20-foot retaining walls. Along with these aspects came the complexity and size of the home.
The walkout basement, which also serves as the floodplain level, contains a wine room with a tasting center and garages. It also serves as the access to the outdoor living area and swimming pool. The main living level contains several features like the wet bar (which has a wine cork back-splash), a high-tech media room, billiards room, and an upper balcony with stunning views.
