Scope Of Work

This 6-building, 1.1 million SF occupied tenant improvement is being completed in many multiple phases. This office renovation includes significant structural modifications, the addition of two new sky-bridges, and featured open-to-structure ceilings throughout. Demolition and build out of new culinary spaces, cafeteria, lab spaces, data centers and modernization of elevators, meeting spaces, workspace, restrooms, and other amenities are included in the project scope.

Over the past five years alone, its HQ campus employee count has increased by more than 56% to now having more than 6,200 employees (not counting retail stores). In addition to creating an awesome environment to push forward the next wave of industry-changing initiatives that the Un-carrier is known for, there are a ton of other cool things that this revitalization will bring to Bellevue-based T-Mobile employees. Everything from dry-cleaning drop-off, a DIY bike repair station, poke bowls and even an onsite pub!

As a member of Puget Sound Energy’s Green Direct program, T-Mobile is committed to powering its Bellevue HQ using 100% renewable energy by 2021, plus it will also earn a LEED certification with its sustainable green building design, construction and ongoing maintenance and operations. In addition, the redesigned HQ will be the first corporate campus in the U.S. to achieve a Fitwel certification, a wellness standard that promotes a comprehensive approach to a healthier workplace through increased physical activity, accessible design, access to healthy food options, natural lighting and outdoor spaces. And for those employees that are pedaling their way to work, there will be an onsite DIY bike repair station for quick and easy tune-ups!
