This seven-story mixed use building features multiple retail spaces and bike storage, 7,310 SF of office space, and 60 apartment units.
The majority of these units welcome tenants who make 60% of the area median income and below. This is one half of two simultaneous developments, the other being The Lucy at 5th & Grove, which will share a courtyard space in-between.
