Tenant improvement
Phase 1: Renovation of existing 8,000sf shell space into a state-of-the-art laboratory that includes new mechanical systems, fume hoods, lab benches, and also a hazardous storage building with an automated process piping control system
Phase 2: 4,000sf cGMP manufacturing expansion included demo of existing interior space and addition of new dedicated mechanical systems, fume hoods, a mechanical mezzanine, a cold room, and gowning rooms for the new clean room areas
