Scope Of Work
The two-story 56,000-square-foot Class A office building is home to the Dallas district office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The LEED Silver facility features executive offices on the second floor, administrative areas on the first floor, multiple conference rooms, public seating areas, 14 interview rooms and a high-security lobby with second floor mezzanine.
The building meets the Federal Protection Services requirements, including Blast Level 3B-rated construction, including all curtain wall systems and a fully integrated security system.
