Scope Of Work
The William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse (WRRFRC) is the latest addition to the Sacramento Superior Court. A repeat client, Alston Construction built this modern facility for those divisions within the Court handling family-related legal matters, such as Dissolutions, Probate matters, and Juvenile Dependency cases. The project includes 15 courtrooms with bullet-proof judges benches, a law library and holding pod with six cells and security sub-station. There is a state-of-the-art security system and secured elevators for the secure transport of prisoners and judges.
Also located within the WRRFRC are the offices of the Sheriff’s Civil Division, the Self-Help Center, the Office of Family Court Services, the Family Law Facilitator’s Office, and a satellite office of the County Law Library.
