Anthony, a graduate of Drexel University, started his accounting and finance career with Coopers & Lybrand where he earned his CPA certificate and is current in his license. With over 30 years’ experience, Anthony has had various accounting, finance and human resource positions at public and privately held corporations in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional service and construction industries.  Previously, Anthony spent 4 ½ years at Hill International, Inc. before joining the JJ White team.  Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his wife Lisa and watching his son AJ’s career on the soccer field.

Harold has spent 25 years in the industry and is an expert on all things related to API Tank Construction and Repair. Harold has been with JJ White since the Tank Group’s inaugural year in New Castle, Delaware in 2006.

Jim White is President of J. J. White Incorporated and is the fourth generation to be involved with his family’s Philadelphia based Construction Company.  Jim’s great-grandfather, James J. White, Sr., started JJ White Incorporated in 1920.   The company has been building ever since and has never lost a client in 98 years, due to dissatisfaction.

Although originally founded as a mechanical contractor JJ White has functioned for the last several decades as a Construction Manager, General, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractor, and provides HVAC/Maintenance Service, API Tank Construction & Repair and Exchanger/Extraction Services.  Over four generations, each presided over by a succeeding generation of the White family, the company services the pharmaceutical, healthcare, institutional hospitals and universities, electronics, defense, chemical/process and power/utility industries in nineteen states, Canada and the US Virgin Islands.

Jim is a graduate of Malvern Prep and the University of Notre Dame.

I come to JJ White with forty years of Northeast Refining experience. I was the Executive Director at PES Refinery until it’s closure. I had oversight of all Maintenance, Capital Construction, and Turnaround activities in addition to labor negotiations with the Building Trades, USW, and Contractor Associations. I presently hold committee positions with several represented organizations. I joined a Executive Leadership Team of industry professionals to acquire the Philadelphia Refinery prior to joining J.J. White. Those activities included due diligence, cost planning, capital project requirements, and staffing associated with a purchase of that magnitude. In addition, my education includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and numerous accredited leadership programs.

Michael is a registered architect with over 40 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry.  He earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from New York Institute of Technology, is NCARB certified, and a member of the AIA and ISPE.  He joined JJ White’s team in Boston in 2018.  He is responsible for business development and client relationships.

Robert graduated from  Penn State University in 1988 with a degree Mathematical Science and a minor in Statistical Theory. He has been involved in claims, underwriting and loss control aspects of commercial insurance relating to the construction and healthcare insurance industry his entire working career. Robert also maintains his Resident Producer Insurance License for both Casualty and Personal Lines in Pennsylvania. He started his employment with JJ White, Incorporated in 1993 and as Vice President of Risk Management he is responsible for all facets of the organization’s commercial insurance portfolio. His hobbies include reading, complex strategy & tactical gaming, chess, cooking, and day hikes with his Alaskan malamute. Robert is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, PA where he lives with his wife Sandy.

Jim is an experienced Union Carpenter with 31 years in the construction industry and 19 years with J. J. White.   He is a graduate of Drexel University’s Construction Management Program, and takes great satisfaction in determining the vision and needs of each Client to bring their project to successful completion. Jim is responsible for and oversees our Construction Management and General Construction services in the Mid-Atlantic region

George joined JJ White in 2018 and is the Head of Midwest Operations with offices in St. Paul (MN), Rochester (MN), and Whiting (IN). He is responsible for all aspects from business development to project management and is proud to ensure safety and quality in every job. George graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in economics and political science.

Jim started his Union steamfitting apprenticeship with JJ White and has been with us for 31 years since. He has traveled through the ranks holding various positions before becoming the Senior Vice President of Operations. Jim oversees all JJ White activities and is proud to ensure quality and safety across the board.

Mike entered the Electrical Union in 2005 as a 2nd generation Electrician. He has acquired great deal of experience and knowledge in electrical business and specializes in both Industrial and Commercial settings. Previously, Mike spent 10 years at Philadelphia Energy Solutions before joining the JJ White team. He received his Electrical Business License of Philadelphia in 2016. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly and two kids Maximus and Elektra. When he is not spending time with the family or continuing education in the electrical field, he enjoys a good workout in the gym.

Jess joined JJ White after graduating from Cabrini University in May of 2018. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communications along with a minor in Spanish. Jess currently serves as the Business Development and Marketing Manager for the company. In her free time Jess enjoys spending time with her friends and family. When she is not doing that, she enjoys playing in adult leagues for field hockey

Kevin, joined JJ White Inc. in June 2019 as the Relationship & Business Development Manager.  He has an undergraduate degree from Villanova University and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson.  He started his business career at GATX Terminals, worked for OCI Chemical Co. as National Sales Manager, then transitioned to Kinder Morgan Terminals where he held a number of commercial and management roles.  With over 30 years experience in the petroleum, and chemical industries he is excited about the opportunity to work for JJ White Inc.

Sean graduated from Temple University’s Fox Business school with an accounting degree in 2012. A week later, Sean started his career with JJ White as a field accountant before being promoted to Assistant Controller in 2014. He now serves as the Corporate Controller and is the 4th generation Christie to work in the construction industry,.

Victoria graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a management degree in 2015. She now serves the Whiting area in marketing and finance. Victoria also serves as JJ White’s Purchasing Manager.

Michael O .Troupe is a Facilities and Construction Management Professional with over 35 years of experience supervising and Managing all aspects of building operations and Construction projects.

Michael has exhibited a proven record of success through exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as extensive vendor relations skills.

Computer software knowledge in building management systems, space utilization, and project budgeting.

Michael’s passion in the industry is to help workforces to be diversely inclusive and to work towards reduction of Carbon footprint.

During Michael’s spare time he enjoys spending time on his home farm in Coatesville PA, tending to his animals and flocks of various birds. Michael’s hobby is raising farm animals for meat , gardening and spending time with his Family and mostly with his Grandsons, fishing and watching sports.
