Scope Of Work
Repair of Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) Wall Cladding Facade Renovation – Three & Four Story Class-A Office Buildings - 100,000 sf. EIFS repairs at building facades, parapet walls, and roof mounted mechanical equipment screens. Complete power wash of the buildings facades and roof top equipment screens prior to EIFS repairs, Sto GraniTex repairs, Clear Coat sealing of the Sto GraniTex, and Sto priming and painting of the buildings facades, rooftop equipment screens, and parapet walls. Spot re-caulking along the entire footprint of Building C(3) & B(2).
