Scope Of Work
This existing 10,000 sf. Altamed Health Services Pico Rivera Facility was remodeled from a Adult Day Care to a new medical clinic for the area. This remodel included a new Pharmacy area and various exam rooms. The project included demolition of existing walls, ceilings, flooring, duct work, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures. Installation of new walls, new restroom, doors, millwork, flooring, paint, t-bar ceiling, ceramic tile, HVAC units and light fixtures.
