Scope Of Work
Yates Construction and our joint venture partner provided design-build services for Wallace Creek Regimental Complex’s three FY 07 projects and three FY 08 projects. The project included nearly 570,000 total SF of 20 structures including two headquarters facilities, six bachelor-enlisted quarters, a dining facility, a motor transport facility, an electronic telecommunications facility, an armory, an indoor simulated-marksmanship training facility, a supply facility, and a telephone exchange building. Necessary supporting facilities included demolition and site clearing, paving and other site improvements, grading and drainage, and utilities. This project is pursuing several levels of LEED Certification and achieved two million man-hours without a lost time incident.
