Scope Of Work
Sequoia General Contracting Corp was awarded the build-out of an 8,000 square foot empty retail mall space in Vernon Hills, Illinois that was transformed into the Empire Beauty School. Working within a tight project schedule, Sequoia worked diligently with their trade contractors, Newman Architecture and Empire’s representative, Tom Mansell, to ensure a beautifully crafted learning facility was ready for operation by the prospective students’ enrollment period. The layout, function and aesthetic appearance of Empire Beauty School has a positive effect on the creativity and professional development of each student.
