Doug joined MRS in May 1984. Doug has extensive experience in construction and has managed hundreds of retail projects for MRS. Doug's in-depth construction experience makes him uniquely qualified to manage our construction staff efficiently and effectively. He is involved in each project from estimate to completion and serves as primary liaison with our clients. Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University.

Michael L. Swaim serves as the President for Management Resource Systems. Michael founded Management Resource Systems in August 1977.

Sarah joined MRS in April of 2010. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science degree from High Point University with majors in Accounting and Business Economics and is a CPA.

Travis joined MRS in June of 2000. Travis has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Guilford Technical Community College and is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states.

John joined MRS in January of 1999. He has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. John is the Chief Estimator in the NC office.

Mike, Jr. began with MRS in June of 2001. Mike, Jr. studied Business Administration at Guilford Technical Community College. He is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states.

Robert joined MRS in January of 2010. He has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida where he graduated Cum Laude. Robert is the Chief Estimator in the FL office.

Travis joined MRS in August 2004. He graduated from Guilford Technical Community College with an Applied Science Associate’s Degree in Business. He was the highest producer of sales in the company for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Rebecca joined MRS in February of 2011.

Tim joined MRS in January of 2011. Tim attended Blackhawk Technical College and served a 4 year state indentured trade apprenticeship. He is a licensed General Contractor.
