Charles has been in the construction industry for over 40 years.  Charles posesses a large  amount of knowledge through his extensive construction experience.  He has been involved with every aspect of construction from field superintendant to his current title.  Through this experience he has built an impressive clientele. This has been accomplished by providing quality construction and cultivating long term  relationships.  He established his business in an old school manner where deals were made on a handshake and the job was not done until the customer was competely satisfied.   Although contracts and computers are todays reality and he has evolved with the times, his values have not changed. These ethics have carried him to his current achievements.  Charles is always eager to expand his network and readily available for contact.

James has recently joined our team.  His construction background began in 1996 upon his discharge from the United States Army. James past experiences encompass large scale construction projects as regional manager overseas in the middle east and North Africa from 2001-2008.  His continued construction projects are primarily focused on commercial, retail and public works construction.  James strives to infuse past experience and newly aquired construction processes, management and leadership skills to all of our current and future projects

 Jared's experience in  construction  began at an early age.  Following his graduation from Texas A&M in 2008 he has demonstrated the qualities necessary for a promising future in the construction industry.  His natural work ethic, critical thinking, and youthful exuberence is aiding him in expanding our client base.  He emphasizes the importance of relationships with those that he works while maximizing productivity.

Laura is inarguably one of the most important employees at B&C.  She is responsible for handling all of our book work and day to day accounting.  Nothing in our company happens with out her knowledge.  Laura is the glue that binds B&C Constructors.

Paul joined  the company in 2006.  He is the architect of our Landscape Development Division .  Paul has over 20 years experience working in the landscape and highway mowing industry.  He manages state mowing contracts with TXDOT as well as several maintenance contracts with prominent Houston area school districts.  His abilities are not limited to these Horticultural areas.  He is also an accomplished residential/ commercial landscape designer.
