Scope Of Work
The Pete Martin Drilling Company benefitted from the ongoing successful collaboration of our design-build team and their architects and engineers to deliver its new corporate headquarters and maintenance support shop in Milliken, Colorado. Care was taken in the design to maximize the space for the maintenance shop’s two work bays, 10-ton overhead crane, and welding shop with a 5-ton jib crane. This 8,000 SF pre-engineered metal building was enhanced by masonry wainscot on the exterior. Working closely with Pete Martin staff, the Hall-Irwin design-build team was able to provide exactly what was needed for the growing company.
