Scope Of Work
Hall-Irwin was hired to construct a 14-acre sports complex which has 3 baseball fields, a playground, restroom and picnic structure. The project site was 606,182 SF. To complete the project, Hall-Irwin’s project team managed the earthwork, installed the wet utilities, and laser graded the site for the fields. We also installed the structural concrete seating, site concrete, fencing, landscape, irrigation, stadium lighting, infield mix natural turf fields and an asphalt parking lot. Completed on schedule in 152 working days.
