Scope Of Work
Hall-Irwin’s project team was excited to bring another hotel to Colorado. The Hilton Garden Inn brought Longmont a beautiful new hotel which holds lounge, dining, kitchen, conference and meeting rooms on the first floor. Also on the first floor they feature a swimming pool and a fitness center for guests to enjoy. The other 3 floors hold a total of 105 guest rooms.
The location is ideal for both businesses as well as traveling guests as it is right off of HWY 287 and Ken Pratt Blvd. This is great for a quick commute Longmont offering an ideal meeting location for companies as well as easy access to shopping and entertainment for traveling customers.
