Scope Of Work
After not being able to save the structure known as “The Platte Valley Grange No. 455,” the Town of Kersey decided to enter into a design-build agreement with Hall-Irwin that would bring a new building to the site. The new building will be named The Kersey Community Center at the Grange and it will be funded by multiple partners including a grant from DOLA. During the day, the building will be used as a Senior Center while in the evenings, it will be occupied with Youth and Family programs. Once the building is completed, the facility will be available for community meetings as well as rental opportunities.
