Scope Of Work
The Town of Kersey had outgrown its’ library and current Town Hall and needed to find a solution. A historic structure downtown, known as the “Kersey Co-op” building, became available and the Town began working with the University of Colorado Denver’s Urban Technical Assistance program to find out how to best use it. The Town Center project was created and the Town of Kersey needed a contractor to help bring the new project to life. Hall-Irwin entered into another design-build agreement with the Town to rehabilitate the historic building while bringing it up to a green energy standard. Once completed, the facility is expected to hold Council Chambers, Community Meeting Spaces, Office Spaces, and the Police Department.
