Scope Of Work
Based on our success in building the Power Motive Corporation facility in Milliken, CO they also engaged us to deliver their second location in Cheyenne, WY. Our design-build team delivered these projects which included constructing an 11,800 SF tilt-up concrete building. Both buildings feature a heavy-equipment maintenance shop with 2 service bays, a wash bay, overhead cranes, and an oil/water separator. They also include offices, a parts warehouse, and a conference room.
