When the Town of Milliken designed its new pre-engineered metal 3,800 square foot Public Works building, they knew they had a problem. When the designer finished the design of the building, the cost came in at double the Town’s budget. Hall-Irwin’s Design-Build process was the perfect tool for reducing the scope of the project by eliminating extra design features that didn’t fulfill the actual need. The final building cost under the Town’s original budget and was completed two months ahead of schedule.
