Scope Of Work

In July of 2016, following the successful completion of Potelco’s main headquarters in Sumner, Potelco requested Pease Construction’s services once again to construct their  Fleet Service Center in Fredrickson, Washington. The project included complete design and construction of three (3) buildings: the main building (a concrete tilt-up) that included a 5,175 square foot 2-story office area, a 20,630 square foot 1-story maintenance shop, a 2,635 square foot parts room, and a 2,635 square foot storage mezzanine; Building 2 included a 12,630 square foot 1-story fabrication/maintenance shop and a 1,500 square foot mezzanine; and Building 3 was a 2,450 square foot wash bay with a pre-engineered metal open sided building/canopy.
