Scope Of Work
The 1400 Museum Park building located at 100 E. 14th Street in Chicago, is a 33-story, cast-in-place, residential condominium tower supported on a pile foundation system. There are two-hundred and sixty units and three-hundred and ten parking spaces with retail space on the ground level and an enclosed rooftop pool and deck. One of the major challenges with this project was working along a busy stretch of South Michigan Avenue, which is home to many new residences and restaurants.
