Scope Of Work
This 333 unit condominium complex spans the block just north of 22nd Street in Chicago, bounded by Michigan Avenue to the west and Indiana Avenue to the east. A 7-story loft style building anchors the project to the west and a 35-story tower anchors the east side of the site. A 6-story, 359-space heated parking garage spans between the two buildings. The building is constructed of a concrete frame covered by aluminum framed windows at each tower and features a European style, horizontal channel glass system at the parking structure. The 6th floor deck of the parking garage features a park for residents with abundant green space and trees.
