Scope Of Work
Stewart & Tate Construction completed this 8-month new construction project at Apple Honda in York County. Located within Apple Auto Park along Route 30 in West Manchester Township, the dealership was previously located elsewhere in the auto park, and construction of this new facility required the demolotion of a Dick’s Sporting Goods store previously located on the site.
Work involved demolition of an existing building down to the structural steel frame, then a completely new construction rebuild. The project included 33 new in-ground lifts, a 13-bay used car reconditioning department with a 360? photo booth, 24 car interior service drop-off area, large new showroom, new ACM and EIFS exterior finishes, second floor parts mezzanine, all new interior finishes and restrooms. This project features all of the current Honda image upgrades and features, and at the time of construction, it was one of the largest Honda facilities in the US.
