This $211 million, 712,000-SF project provides 1,514 new beds for the campus arranged in one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in low- and high-rise buildings complete with support spaces, laundry facilities and community gathering spaces, along with 550 parking spaces including ADA spaces, electrical vehicle charging spaces, and Clean Air Vehicle spaces. The project includes offices and support functions, conference and multi-purpose rooms, mail facilities, fitness space, a music room, and rooftop and outdoor gathering spaces. Site improvements include providing connective pathways and open space, and offsite improvements include utility infrastructure improvements. The project is expected to achieve a LEED Gold Certification for the entirety of the project from the U.S. Green Building Council. Hensel Phelps parterned with architect Mithun.
